Biography

Dr. Amin is a member of IEEE, IEEE-LEOS and Optical Society of America (OSA), received his B.Sc. In Computer Engineering, Tehran, Iran and his M.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Indian Institute of Science (IISc.), Bangalore, India in 2006 and PhD degree in Computer System Engineering (Optical Fiber Communications) at University Putra Malaysia, 2009. Currently he is working at the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Nottingham as an associate professor. He has authored and coauthored 42 technical papers which include journals articles and conference proceedings. He has filed 3 patents for his inventions and scientific works
